Nice presentation Brod. Good you touched on Crew Resource Management and behavioral and cognitive skills development and mastery of task. Effective communication, cooperation, collaboration plays a vital role in teamwork. Response time is critical. Knowledge and awareness of the heirarchy of command, back-ups,, their tel nos, pagers, radios etc should be posted on a specified place. Recognition of trigger points in pre, during and post crisis should be communicated to every team member. CRM in MCI as well as pandemic surge in hospitals may have slight difference in triage settings to protect the providers and public. Can I borrow some of your slides Brod. Thanks . Jesse
